Just wanted to let you know about how I went using contiform for the first time. I am 42 with two children.
I exercise daily which includes running, cycling, weights and high impact cardio classes.
For a long time, I have suffered from stress incontinence during the high impact cardio classes that I do twice weekly. I have been using a super incontinence pad during these classes, soaking the pad each time.
Tonight, I combined the pad with the contiform and I was 100% dry!
All I can say is wow and thank you for advertising in women's health magazine, otherwise I would never have known.
